The supersonic facility has a working section of 1” x 4” primarily for 2D testing. The facility is capable of subsonic and supersonic speeds of Mach 1.4, and 1.8 using fixed throat blocks, and has a minimum run time of 90 seconds.  The facility is equipped with Schlieren flow visualization and a 36-port manometer. ​​
