COATS is a high-speed optical tracking system with visible and shortwave infrared cameras suitable for tracking LEO, MEO and GEO satellites.  Satellite tracking is initially achieved using TLEs.  The video Auto-track function can then be used to bring the target onto boresight.  Output data can include PAL video, tracking data message (TDM) files, and raw track data. ​​COATS.png
