AEON's CERES facility offers Thermally Matched Quartz Crystal Microbalance (TQCM) for monitoring volatile ejection during bakeout processing. Design and manufactured in-house, this sensor measures changes in the resonant frequency of a quartz crystal to determine the quantity and rate of mass deposition onto the sensor head.
