Vorticity’s 6 degree of freedom, multi-body simulation allows accurate modelling of all phases of an entry and descent mission. It includes accurate parachute inflation and dynamics models for ballistic and gliding parachutes which cannot be modelled using conventional aerodynamic tools. It has been used for a wide range of scenarios including planetary entry missions, full-aircraft recovery parachutes and precision airdrop.​​
